Dutch Auction Procedures definition

Dutch Auction Procedures means, with respect to a purchase of Term Loans by the Borrower pursuant to Section 10.02(g), Dutch auction procedures to be reasonably agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent in connection with any such purchase.
Dutch Auction Procedures means, with respect to a purchase of Term Loans in a Dutch Auction, Dutch auction procedures as reasonably agreed upon by the applicable Purchasing Borrower Party and the Administrative Agent.
