Dust and Debris definition
Dust and Debris means the permittee or contractor shall keep dust and debris controlled at the work site at all times. If necessary, the work site shall be wet down to control dust and containers shall be provided for all debris. The city reserves the right to shut down the work or issue a citation if dust is not controlled.
