DuPont Company means E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and all its successors by way of merger, consolidation or sale of all or substantially all of its assets;
DuPont Company means E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
