DundeeWealth Special Distribution definition

DundeeWealth Special Distribution means a special distribution in the amount of $2.00 in cash per Common Share (and a comparable amount in cash per share, in the case of other Shares and Special Shares, Series F, having regard to the ratio at which such shares are convertible into Common Shares) payable to Shareholders and holders of Special Shares, Series F of record on the Business Day immediately prior to the Effective Date;
