Dummy Data. 🡪 Data used for testing which conforms to the formatting standards of legitimate data while containing no real information.
Examples of Dummy Data in a sentence
For Test Queries in which Network Participant chooses to participate, Network Participant shall return Network Participant Data or, with prior approval from the Coordinating Center, may elect to return Dummy Data in accordance with the specifications of the Query.
In such a case, the Dummy Data shall not be subject to the requirements set forth in this Agreement or HIPAA.
In the event that Network Participant returns Network Participant Data in a form other than Dummy Data in response to a Test Query, the Coordinating Center shall retain such Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Test Query, and in any event, no longer than the Retention Period.
