duly authorised person definition

duly authorised person means an individual to whom authority has been delegated by Social Care Wales and can include:
duly authorised person means a person to whom authority has been delegated by Social Care Wales;
duly authorised person means any staff of the Commission or any other person duly authorised by the Commissioner or Governor;

  • authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.
