&DUG definition

&DUG means any card, whether a Visa Card, a MasterCard Card or otherwise, DQG ZKHWKHU D SULQFLSDO, VXSSOHPHQWDU\ RU FRUSRUDWH FDUG, DQG LQFOXGLQJ DQ DI¿QLW\ or cobranded card, issued by the Bank pursuant to this Agreement.
&DUG means CMB Wing Lung UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, whether a SULQFLSDO, VXSSOHPHQWDU\ RU FRUSRUDWH FDUG, DQG LQFOXGLQJ DQ DI¿QLW\ RU FREUDQGHG card, issued by the Bank pursuant to this Agreement.
&DUG means a deferred unit grant issued under the Fund’s director deferred compensation plan prior to January 1, 2011 and which deferred unit grants were assumed by the Corporation in connection with the Corporate Conversion and are now referred to as DSGs

  • DUG may immediately terminate this SELA if Licensee is in breach.

  • DUG may, in its exclusive discretion, provide free or discounted Licences which shall not be used to provide any commercial services, including consulting services.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
