Dues Payer definition

Dues Payer is an individual who is in the bargaining unit and has signed a dues authorization card with the union, allowing the employer to deduct dues from his/her paycheck to remit to the union. An individual can be a dues payer and not be a member of the union.
Dues Payer means a person required to pay union dues, assessments or initiation fees to a trade union;

Examples of Dues Payer in a sentence

  • Dues Payer or Agency Fee Unit members’ pay checks will indicate dues payer or agency fee payer status as appropriate based on information provided by the Association.
