Due Diligence Deadline definition

Due Diligence Deadline is defined in Paragraph 1.1 of this Agreement.
Due Diligence Deadline means 6:00 P.M. local Atlanta, Georgia time on the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Due Diligence Deadline
