Due Date Change definition

Due Date Change means a change of the Obligor’s scheduled due date for payment within a given month (i.e., from the 10th of each month to the 15th of each month).
Due Date Change means, with respect to any Contract, a change in the due date for the related Scheduled Payments; provided, that the aggregate number of days such due date may change pursuant to one or more Permitted Due Date Changes may not exceed 31 days.

Examples of Due Date Change in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall not modify the Payment Deferment and Due Date Change Policies without the prior written consent of the Note Insurer.

  • The Servicer shall notify ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ of any modification to the Payment Deferment and Due Date Change Policies.

  • Your due date change is not effective until TMCC has received your completed and signed Due Date Change Agreement, along with any required payment, and has notified you that your request has been approved and processed.

  • The Payment Deferment and Due Date Change Policies, as set forth on Exhibit D to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, will not result in the negative amortization of any Subsequent Receivables modified in accordance with such Payment Deferment and Due Date Change Policies.

  • Values are: 1 – Cancel, 2 – Due Date Change, 3 – Other • DATE (LOA Date) – This is the date the LOA was done • AUTHNAM (Authorized Name) – This an authorized name on the account • INIT (Initiator) – This is the name of the person sending the order • TEL NO (Telephone Number) – This is the phone number of the person sending the order • EMAIL ADDRESS - This is the email address of the person sending the order.

Related to Due Date Change

  • Early Payment Date (k) means the "Early Payment Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Payment Date Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a) of the Indenture.

  • Termination Date Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Date Demand.

  • Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Effective Date means (A) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (A) of the definition thereof, the date on which such Make-Whole Fundamental Change occurs or becomes effective; and (B) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (B) of the definition thereof, the applicable Redemption Notice Date.
