Due Charges definition

Due Charges means the undisputed portion of the Total Charges owed by the CLIENT to GENIUSWORKS for the services rendered under this Agreement as described in detail in Section 4 hereof;

Examples of Due Charges in a sentence

  • Section 2.2 (Fees), Section 2.3 (Past Due Charges), Section 2.4 (Taxes), Section 8 (Proprietary Rights), Section 9 (Confidentiality), Section 10.3 (Disclaimer), Section 11 (Indemnification), Section 12 (Non-Solicitation), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability), Section 1617 (Who You Are Contracting With, Notices, Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and Section 17 (General Provisions) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Any sums not paid within 10 days of the date due will be deemed Past Due Charges.

  • Collection of Past Due Charges: Utility will remain responsible for collecting late payments, which may include a 1.50% monthly charge of the unpaid balance as a Late Payment Fee.

  • In the event that Due Charges have not been paid by the CLIENT, then GENIUSWORKS shall after notice to the CLIENT be entitled to suspend (i.e. stop) the rendering of GENIUSWORKS Services until full due payment has been made by the CLIENT.
