ducts means a single enclosed tube, pipe, or channel for enclosing and carrying cables, wires, and other Facilities. As used in this Appendix, the term Duct includes innerducts created by subdividing a Duct into smaller channels, but does not include cables and other telecommunications equipment located within such Ducts.
