  • In the event of lexical ambiguities and/or gabs and/or contrasting terms, the document concerned shall be clarified and supplemented by taking the other texts into consideration according to the following order of prevalence: 1 Proposal; 2 Annexes; 3 General Terms and Conditions; 4 Contractor's technical documents as approved by DUCATI (if appropriate).

  • DUCATI reserves the right to verify the compliance with sustainability requirements by the Contractor, including through access at the production or commercial premises of the latter.
