Examples of Dual Card in a sentence

  • The Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) does not apply to the Program or to any of the transactions under the Program including, without limitation, the Bank Private Label Marketing Obligation and Bank Dual Card Marketing Obligation.

  • The definition of “Bank Dual Card Marketing Obligation” in Schedule 15.1 shall be deleted in its entirety and superseded by the language contained on the attached excerpt of Schedule 15.1.
