DTF Resolution definition

DTF Resolution means the Authority’s Dedicated Tax Fund Obligation Resolution, adopted by the Board of the Authority on March 26, 2002, as heretofore amended and supplemented, and as such Resolution may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
DTF Resolution means Dedicated Tax Fund Obligation Resolution adopted by the Authority on March 26, 2002, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
DTF Resolution means Dedicated Tax Fund Obligation Resolution adopted by the Authority on , as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

  • unanimous resolution means, subject to subsection (3) -
