DTC Parcel Owner definition

DTC Parcel Owner means the Person(s) who is (are) the Owner(s) of the DTC Retained Parcel. On the Effective Date, DTC is the DTC Parcel Owner.

  • The DTC Parcel Owner, at its sole cost and expense, shall dedicate the Century Boulevard Extension to the County for public use, free and clear of all liens, including without limitation, conveying the Century Boulevard Extension to the County, and provide the County with all easements and rights-of-way necessary for the construction and VDOT acceptance of the Century Boulevard Extension for public maintenance, in the form required by the County.

  • Either the CFC Parcel Owner or the DTC Parcel Owner shall have the right to construct the New Stormwater Detention Facility by giving written notice of its intention to do so to the other Owner not less than ninety (90) days before the planned commencement of construction.

  • DTC Participant means brokers and dealers, banks, trust companies, clearing corporations and certain other organizations on whose behalf DTC was created to hold securities to facilitate the clearance and settlement of securities transactions among DTC Participants.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Procuring Entity/Purchaser means a Entity having administrative and financial powers to undertake Procurement of Goods, Works or Services using public funds, as specified in the PCC;
