DSR Availability Period definition

DSR Availability Period means the period commencing on the Term Conversion Date and ending on the seventh anniversary of the Closing Date.
DSR Availability Period. (a) with respect to DSR Loans, the period from and including the Term Conversion Date to (and excluding) the earlier of (i) the Maturity Date and (ii) the date of termination of the DSR Loan Commitments pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement; and
DSR Availability Period means the period from the CCTP Funding Date to but excluding the DSR Commitment Termination Date.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may request the issuance of one or more Letters of Credit for its own account, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3 or such other form reasonably acceptable to the applicable LC Issuer(s) and the Borrower (each, a “DSR Letter of Credit”), commencing on the Term Conversion Date and from time to time during the applicable DSR Availability Period.

  • Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Maturity Date and the date of termination of the Commitments.

  • Borrowing Availability means as of any date of determination the Maximum Amount less the sum of (i) the Revolving Loan and Swing Line Loan then outstanding and (ii) the Reserves as then in effect.

  • Benchmark Unavailability Period means, the period (if any) (a) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14 and (b) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14.

  • Excess Availability means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to Availability minus the aggregate amount, if any, of all trade payables of Borrower and its Subsidiaries aged in excess of historical levels with respect thereto and all book overdrafts of Borrower and its Subsidiaries in excess of historical practices with respect thereto, in each case as determined by Agent in its Permitted Discretion.

  • Availability Amount is (a) the lesser of (i) the Revolving Line or (ii) the amount available under the Borrowing Base minus (b) the outstanding principal balance of any Advances.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.
