DSO Authorised Person definition

DSO Authorised Person means an employee or agent of the DSO or contractor to the DSO who has the training and expertise necessary to enable him carry out a Site Visit and who is designated by the DSO by notice to the Board as a person authorised to require a Site Visit.

  • Possession of Means of Access to a Site by a DSO Authorised Person shall not confer on the DSO or on any DSO Authorised Person any right other than a right of access to the Site in order to permit the DSO perform its Distribution Asset Obligations.

  • Although the DSO shall not be obliged to give notice of an intended Site Visit, a DSO Authorised Person intending to carry out a Site Visit shall in the normal course contact by telephone or fax the Relevant Supervisor giving reasonable notice of the of the intended Site Visit.
