Contributions to a mutually agreed and designated institution, including contributions to the D.S.L.P. (Deferred Salary Leave Plan) if authorized by stop-order form completed by the employee.
Employees may apply to the Employer to elect to defer salary to be paid during a period of leave of absence, in accordance with the provisions outlined in the DSLP.
The Employee who fails to sign the contract will be deemed to have withdrawn his/her application to participate in the DSLP.
As such, this clause (DSLP) is not subject to the Grievances, Arbitration or any other disciplinary third party clauses in the main Agreement.
