DSH Hospital definition

DSH Hospital means a designation given by DHCS 16 to hospitals which serve a disproportionate number of low-income patients and are not designated as 17 public hospitals by DHCS.

  • public hospital means a governmental entity of a political subdivision of the state of Iowa that is authorized by legislative authority.
