DSCR Compliance Certificate definition

DSCR Compliance Certificate means a DSCR compliance certificate for the following twelve (12) month period delivered to the Agent pursuant to Clause 12.2.2, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 or otherwise in a form approved by the Agent.

DSCR Compliance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of DSCR Compliance Certificate) or otherwise approved. Earnings means all moneys whatsoever which are now, or later become, payable (actually or contingently) to the Borrower and, if applicable, the Operating Company, and/or any Intra-Group Charterer or, in accordance with the Security Documents, to the Security Agent and which arise ​ ​ out of the use of or operation of the Ship, including (but not limited to) all freight, hire and passage moneys, payable to the Borrower and, if applicable, the Operating Company, and/or any Intra-Group Charterer or, in accordance with the Security Documents, to the Security Agent, remuneration of salvage and towage services, demurrage and detention moneys and damages for breach (or payments for variation or termination) of any charterparty or other contract for the employment of the Ship.

Examples of DSCR Compliance Certificate in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Historical Debt Service Cover Ratio shall be tested quarterly by reference to each DSCR Compliance Certificate delivered pursuant to clause 19.4 (Provision and contents of DSCR Compliance Certificate).

  • Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.

  • Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

  • License Certificate means evidence of a license provided by Licensor to Licensee in electronic or printed form.

  • Income Certification means a Tenant Income Certification and a Tenant Income Certification Questionnaire in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
