DSAC REGISTERED CAPITAL means the registered capital of DSAC as of the execution date of this Agreement, i.e., THB 2.00, which shall include any expanded registered capital as the result of any capital increase within the term of this Agreement.
Global Registered Certificate means a global certificate representing ETP Securities in registered form.
Global Registered Receipts means a global registered Receipt registered in the name of a nominee of DTC.
Non-Registered Certificate Unless and until registered under the Securities Act, any Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class R-I, Class R-II or Class R-III Certificate.
Registered Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13(b) hereof.
Registered Charity means a charitable organization which is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency as a registered charity and listed in the attached link, which may be updated from time to time: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/lstngs/menu-eng.html.
principal register means the register of members of the Company maintained at such place within or outside the Cayman Islands as the Board shall determine from time to time.
Registered Certificate Any Certificate that has been the subject of registration under the Securities Act. As of the Closing Date, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-SB, Class X-A, Class X-B, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates constitute Registered Certificates.
Registered Common Shares means Common Shares which are, as of the date of consummation of a Business Combination, and have continuously been for the 12 months immediately preceding such date, registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act.
Registered nurse means a person registered by the Board as a Registered Nurse.
Registered Nurse (RN) means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.
Registered Certificates shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01.
Registered voter means any person who is maintained on the Virginia voter registration system. All
Registered Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(h) of the Agreement.
International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;
National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.
Book-Entry Non-Registered Certificate Any Non-Registered Certificate that constitutes a Book-Entry Certificate.
Registered Account means a yen account maintained by the payee with a bank in Japan, details of which appear on the Register at the close of business on the sixth Transfer Business Day before the due date of payment.
registered valuer means a person registered as such in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rules made thereunder;
Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.
the Principal Register means the register of shareholders of the Company maintained in Bermuda;
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
Stock Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Corporation by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the AMPS.
CVR Register has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
Registered lobbyist means a person registered under Title 36, Chapter 11,
registered company means a company registered under the enactments relating to companies for the time being in force in the United Kingdom.
