Dry Sewer definition
Dry Sewer means a sewer system, or any part thereof, which has been completely installed, tested, and ready for service but for which no outlet has been constructed, and for which no sewage is allowed until such time that it is approved for connection and connected to the Authority's sewerage facilities.
