Drugs or narcotics definition

Drugs or narcotics means any controlled drugs as defined in Connecticut General Statutes Section 21a-240 amended, classified generally as amphetamine-type, barbiturate-type, cannabis-type, cocaine-type, hallucinogenic, morphine-type, and other stimulant or depressant drugs.
