Definition of DRP Rules


DRP Rules means, as of the Effective Date, the administrative rules promulgated in accordance with Section 201.112(a) of the Code, adopted by TxDOT in accordance with the Texas Administrative Procedure Act and effective under Rule SS9.6 of Subchapter A, Chapter 9, Part 1, Title 43 of the Texas Administrative Code on or before the Effective Date regarding dispute resolution procedures applicable to the resolution of all claims and disputes of every kind or character arising under comprehensive development agreements such as and including the CDA Documents.

Examples of DRP Rules in a sentence

Consistent with the DRP Rules, the term of this Disputes Board Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue in full force and effect for the Term of the Agreement and thereafter for so long as either Party has any obligation under the CDA Documents until the applicable statute of limitations on any Dispute in regard to such obligation has expired.
Consistent with the DRP Rules, the term of this Disputes Board Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue in full force and effect for the Term of the Agreement and thereafter for so long as either Party has any obligation under the FA Documents until the applicable statute of limitations on any Dispute in regard to such obligation has expired.
Consistent with the DRP Rules, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue in full force and effect for the Term of the CMA and thereafter for so long as either Party has any obligation originating under the CMA Documents until the applicable statute of limitations on any Dispute in regard to such obligation has expired.
