DRIP definition
DRIP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
DRIP means the Company’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan, attached hereto as Schedule B, as amended, modified, revised or restated from time to time.
DRIP means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Trust.

For the avoidance of doubt, Partnership Units received through the DRIP will not be subject to the one-year holding period set forth in this Section 8.5(a).
The DRIP Shares will be issued and sold to shareholders of the Fund at a purchase price equal to the most recent available NAV per share for such shares at the time the distribution is payable.

DRIP and any participating Limited Partner, a “DRIP Participant”) unless otherwise agreed with the General Partner in writing. The following provisions shall apply to the DRIP and any Limited Partner’s participation therein:
