DRIP means the Company’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan, attached hereto as Schedule B, as amended, modified, revised or restated from time to time.

If a DRIP Participant terminates DRIP participation, the Partnership may, at its option, ensure that the terminating DRIP Participant’s account will reflect the whole number of Partnership Units in such DRIP Participant’s account and provide a check or other instrument of payment for the cash value of any fractional share in such account.
