Drinking Water Loan definition

Drinking Water Loan means a loan made to a Drinking Water Participant pursuant to the Drinking Water SRF Direct Loan Program or the Drinking Water SRF Leveraged Loan Program.
Drinking Water Loan means any Loan made by the Trust for the purpose of financing or refinancing Costs of a Drinking Water Project;
Drinking Water Loan means any loan made by the District to a Borrower as part of the Drinking Water Program and evidenced by a Loan Agreement.
