DRC Conflict Free definition

DRC Conflict Free means as an attribute of Goods that such Goods do not contain Conflict Minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Covered Countries.

DRC Conflict Free means that a product does not contain Conflict Minerals necessary to the functionality or production of that product that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups, (as defined under the Conflict Minerals Rule), in any of the Covered Countries. Conflict Minerals obtained from recycled or scrap sources are considered to be DRC Conflict Free.

DRC Conflict Free means (i) that a product does not contain any tantalum, tin, tungsten or gold (3TGs) necessary to the functionality or production of that product that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country; or (ii) such 3TGs were obtained from recycled or scrap sources.
