Drawing Request Amendment Request means a request to amend the Drawing Request duly executed by an Authorised Officer, substantially in the form of Schedule D (Form of Drawing Request Amendment Request).
Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.
Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Revolving Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.
LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.
Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
L/C Amendment Application means an application form for amendment of outstanding standby or commercial documentary letters of credit as shall at any time be in use at the Issuing Bank, as the Issuing Bank shall request.
Notice of Conversion/Extension means the written notice of conversion of a LIBOR Rate Loan to an Alternate Base Rate Loan or an Alternate Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or extension of a LIBOR Rate Loan, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(f).
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Exhibit 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).
Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Designated Borrower Request and Assumption Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 2.14.
Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).
Notice of Continuation/Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).
Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice in the form of Exhibit F to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.04 evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.
