Drag Along Option definition

Drag Along Option has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(i).

Drag Along Option has the meaning given in Clause 4.9.1.

Examples of Drag Along Option in a sentence

• The Selling Shareholders may exercise the Drag Along Option by giving a written notice to that effect (a “ Drag Along Notice”) to the Company which the Company shall forthwith copy to the Called Shareholders at any time before the transfer of the Sellers’ Shares to the Proposed Purchaser.
