Draft Plan Approval definition

Draft Plan Approval means Draft Plan Approval granted by the Town of Collingwood pursuant to File No. D1201117 and dated September 25, 2017 and which is referentially incorporated within this Agreement;

Draft Plan Approval means approval of the proposed plan of subdivision by the Council of the County of Brant subject to certain conditions. The conditions of approval are to be fulfilled in part by the Owner entering into a Development Agreement with the County of Brant.

Draft Plan Approval means Draft Plan Approval granted by the Region of Waterloo pursuant to File No. 30T-17501 dated March 15, 2018 which is referentially incorporated within this Agreement;

Examples of Draft Plan Approval in a sentence

• The extension period shall be for a maximum of two (2) years and must be submitted prior to the lapsing of Draft Plan Approval.

• That pursuant to Section 51(33) of the Planning Act, the Owner may submit a request to the approval authority for an extension to this Draft Plan Approval.

• That pursuant to Section 51(32) of the Planning Act, this Draft Plan Approval shall lapse at the expiration of three (3) years from the date of issuance of Draft Plan Approval if final approval has not been given, unless an extension is requested by the Owner and, subject to review, granted by the approval authority.

• When requesting Final Approval, the Applicant will submit a detailed account of how each Condition of Draft Plan Approval has been satisfied along with the appropriate clearance letter from the Agency, Ministry or body requesting the condition.

• It is the Applicant’s responsibility to fulfill the foregoing Conditions of Draft Plan Approval and to ensure that the required clearance letters are forwarded by the appropriate agencies to the Planning and Development Department of the City of Kingston.
