Draft permit definition

Draft permit means the version of a permit for which the permitting authority offers public participation and, in the case of a Class I draft operating permit, affected State review.
Draft permit means a document indicating the board's tentative decision to issue or deny, modify, revoke and reissue, terminate, or reissue a permit. A notice of intent to terminate a permit, and a notice of intent to deny a permit are types of draft permits.
