Draft Contract definition

Draft Contract means the Draft Contract attached to this RFP as Schedule “G”;
Draft Contract means the draft notarial deed in relation to the Transaction, as posted on the VDR and released by the Fund for the submission of comments by Interested Parties.
Draft Contract means the draft contract included as Appendix A to this RFP. “Evaluation Committee” has the meaning set out in Section 5.1 of the RFP.
