DPSN Fund definition
DPSN Fund means a fund held by the County Council on behalf of the Participating Authorities for the purposes of ensuring that the DPSN Shared Resources remain scalable and sustainable for the County Council and the Participating Authorities, for off setting future procurement costs that my otherwise be incurred and for the payment of any costs reasonably incurred by the County Council pursuant to Clause 7.1 and fees of consultants, such other persons or bodies as shall be reasonably required to be engaged by the County Council for the purposes of management and supervision of the Framework Agreement, this Agreement and the Other Agreements and estimates of whose fees having been included in the budget or budgets from time to time approved by the Partnership Board.
