Downstream Processing definition

Downstream Processing means any method of processing copra in any form or kind including manufacturing and trading of coconut products;
Downstream Processing means the downstream processing activities to be conducted by Sicor using the DSP Technologies and any Project Inventions which the parties agree are applicable to the conduct of the Scale-up Project.
Downstream Processing means extraction; antibody fragment purification; reduction and addition of Conjugate; Product purification, concentration and diafiltration; and bulk Product aseptic fill.
