It is hereby clarified that with respect to the transmission costs, in case of a discrepancy between the consumption quantities as measured by INGL and the consumption quantities provided by the Downstream Operator, those measured by INGL shall prevail.
For example: if the Downstream Operator has 3 PRMSs and the Redelivery Capacities determined for each of those PRMSs is 25 thousand Cubic Meters per hour, then the limitation of liability for the relevant year will be 75 thousand NIS.

INGL or the Downstream Operator, acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator shall be entitled to reduce or suspend temporarily the provision of the Transmission Services or Distribution Services to Relevant Shippers, if and to the extent such reduction or suspension is necessitated for any reason related to security, safety or emergency.
