Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).
Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)
Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.
Two Times Test As to any Distribution Date, (i) the Aggregate Subordinate Percentage is at least two times the Aggregate Subordinate Percentage as of the Closing Date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans Delinquent 60 days or more (including Mortgage Loans in REO and foreclosure) (averaged over the preceding six-month period), as a percentage of the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates, does not equal or exceed 50%; and (iii) on or after the Distribution Date in January 2008, cumulative Realized Losses do not exceed 30% of the Original Subordinated Principal Balance or prior to the Distribution Date in January 2008, cumulative Realized Losses do not exceed 20% of the Original Subordinated Principal Balance.
Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the Closing Date.
Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.
Rate Fixing Day means the date falling two London Business Days before the start of a Term for a Loan or such other day as the Facility Agent determines is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in the relevant interbank market.
Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.
Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.
London Business Day Any day on which dealings in deposits of United States dollars are transacted in the London interbank market.
Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.
Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
Real-time Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.
Dealing Day means every Business Day from Monday to Saturday of every week. Units will be available for dealing (purchase, redemption, transfer, switching etc) on Dealing Days during Cut-off Time. Provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven days notice in two widely circulated English or Urdu newspapers in Pakistan declare any particular Business Day(s) not to be a Dealing Day(s).
Quotation Date means, in relation to any Interest Period (or any other period for which an interest rate is to be determined under any provision of a Finance Document), the day on which quotations would ordinarily be given by leading banks in the London Interbank Market for deposits in the currency in relation to which such rate is to be determined for delivery on the first day of that Interest Period or other period;
OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.
TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.
FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:
Real-time means the actual time in which an event takes place, with the reporting on or the recording of the event simultaneous with its occurrence.
First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.
Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;
SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.
