Down System definition

Down System is defined as Software that is not collecting or not processing CDR information, or where the potential for data loss is present. Such Support will be provided by ISI via remote access. Requests for emergency Support outside of Business Hours shall be submitted by phone only.

Examples of Down System in a sentence

  • This does not apply to Down System events, as described in Section 3.06.

  • In order to confirm that a request for service is a bona fide service issue, ISI will only accept a service call requesting assistance from a Licensee-designated, trained system administrator (“System Administrator”), including in the event of a Down System.
