Dosimetry Services definition

Dosimetry Services means the dosimetry services provided by Provider;
Dosimetry Services means the dosimetry services included as per the Agreement, as may be amended from time to time by Mirion in its reasonable discretion.
Dosimetry Services means dosimetry services within the mean- ing of the Radiation Protection Regulations. (services de dosi- métrie)

Examples of Dosimetry Services in a sentence

  • Duration of the provision of the Dosimetry Services or as per Client’s instructions.

  • All outstanding and unpaid invoices for Dosimetry Services ordered hereunder shall become immediately due and payable.

  • While tangible dosimeters are provided to Distributor or its customers, the fees paid by Distributor’s customers constitute fees for the provision of the Dosimetry Services and not for the tangible dosimeter itself, title to which is retained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Distributor has the right to reproduce such marketing and promotional materials supplied by Mirion for the sole purpose of promoting and marketing the Dosimetry Services in the Territory, during the term of this Agreement.

  • Distributor will keep such staff informed of any and all changes with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s programs and policies and with respect to the Dosimetry Services.

  • The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, California Correctional Health Care Services, herein referred to as “CDCR/CCHCS”, has identified a need for Radiation Dosimetry Services.

  • Distributor undertakes to market or sell the Dosimetry Services under Mirion Trademarks exclusively; resale under private label is not allowed unless specifically agreed in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Distributor may only use the Mirion Trademarks in connection with the sale of the Dosimetry Services under this Agreement and in accordance with the Mirion Trademark Guideline.

  • The Parties will discuss annually, and revise periodically as appropriate, Distributor’s commercial objectives, including Distributor’s market analysis, sales objectives and prices, including an annual forecast of anticipated orders for the Dosimetry Services (“Forecast”) and more generally each material component of the commercial relationship.

  • Distributor will provide Mirion with quarterly written sales reports, broken down by geographic region or marketing category within the Territory, including: (a) a summary of Distributor’s marketing activity with respect to the Dosimetry Services, including a list of customers and quantity of Dosimetry Services sold; (b) information regarding Distributor’s anticipated sales of the Dosimetry Services, and (c) activities of competitors and relevant market information.

Related to Dosimetry Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Registry Services are, for purposes of the Agreement, defined as the following: (a) those services that are operations of the registry critical to the following tasks: the receipt of data from registrars concerning registrations of domain names and name servers; provision to registrars of status information relating to the zone servers for the TLD; dissemination of TLD zone files; operation of the registry DNS servers; and dissemination of contact and other information concerning domain name server registrations in the TLD as required by this Agreement; (b) other products or services that the Registry Operator is required to provide because of the establishment of a Consensus Policy as defined in Specification 1; (c) any other products or services that only a registry operator is capable of providing, by reason of its designation as the registry operator; and (d) material changes to any Registry Service within the scope of (a), (b) or (c) above.
