Dormant Customer definition
Dormant Customer means Customer who has not utilised the Services for a continuous period of 90 days.

Transient customer means a person who owns a recreational vehicle, is temporarily traveling through a dealer's area of sales responsibility, and engages the dealer to perform service work on that recreational vehicle.
Relevant Customer means a person, firm or company who in the twelve months immediately before the Relevant Date conducted a business relationship (including, without limitation, the provision of services and the negotiation for the same) with the Company and with whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ had significant contact in the course of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s employment with the Company.
Significant Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.22(a).
Indigent Customer means the head of an indigent household:-
DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
