Domiciliation Agreement definition

Domiciliation Agreement means the agreement entered into between the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership and the Central Administration Agent governing the appointment of the Central Administration Agent as domiciliation agent, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Domiciliation Agreement means the domiciliation agreement between the Domiciliary and Service Agent and the Management Company on behalf of the Fund.

  • Pursuant to the terms of the Domiciliation Agreement, the Domiciliation Agent performs in Luxembourg certain corporate secretarial, management and other administrative services.
