Domestic Telecommunication definition

Domestic Telecommunication means the provision of any Wire Communication or Electronic Communication either: (i) which is from one U.S. location (a state, district, territory, possession, commonwealth or special maritime jurisdiction of the United States) to another U.S. location; or (ii) which originate or terminate with a MET at a U.S. location.
