Domestic securities definition

Domestic securities means securities held within the United States.
Domestic securities means securities and other Financial Assets or instruments and other investments of a Portfolio to be held in places within the United States.
Domestic securities shall have the meaning provided in Subsection 2.1 hereof.

Domestic securities and "foreign securities" each shall include agreements representing corporate loans and interests therein.
