Domestic Rate Margin definition

Domestic Rate Margin appearing in Section 1.3(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety and as so amended shall read as follows:
Domestic Rate Margin means zero percent (0%) per annum.
Domestic Rate Margin is defined in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

More Definitions of Domestic Rate Margin

Domestic Rate Margin means (A) 0% per annum for any Pricing Period for which Level I Status exists and (B) 0.25% per annum for any Pricing Period for which either Level II Status or Level III Status exists.
