Domestic Prominent Influential Person definition

Domestic Prominent Influential Person means an individual who holds an influential position, including in an acting position for a period exceeding six months, or has held at any time in the preceding twelve months, in the Republic, as defined in the Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment Act (No.1 of 2017).
