Domestic limited liability partnership definition

Domestic limited liability partnership means a domestic general partnership that is a limited liability partnership as defined in the "Uniform Partnership Law", article 60 of this title, or as defined in the "Colorado Uniform Partnership Act (1997)", article 64 of this title.
Domestic limited liability partnership means a partnership formed by two or more persons under this chapter with a registration in effect and which is not a foreign limited liability partnership.
