Domestic Guaranty definition

Domestic Guaranty means that certain guaranty agreement made by the Domestic Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties pursuant to which the Domestic Guarantors Guarantee the Obligations, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
