Domestic Call definition

Domestic Call means a request for assistance to a law enforcement agency regarding domestic abuse or any other crime against a family of household member.
Domestic Call means a Call, which originates on and terminates on Systems inside the Territory;
Domestic Call means a Call originating and terminating in a location within the borders of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan;

  • An applicant (referred to as “Bidder”) should be a either Company incorporated and registered in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or a registered firm and should have valid Other Service Provider (OSP) registration from Department of Telecommunications (DOT) for Domestic Call Centre.

  • International and Domestic Call center services can be extended under single license subject to terms and conditions contained in this guidelines.

  • The parties, the University and the Union, will establish a joint Trades Training and Job Enrichment Committee (the “Committee”) consisting of six (6) members – three (3) members appointed by the University and three (3) members appointed by the Union.

  • PROCEDURE DISPATCHING THE CALLS Receiving the Domestic Call: Upon receiving a domestic call, the dispatcher will assign domestic calls a high priority and should assign at least two officers to the call.

  • Domestic Borrower means the Company and each Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary.

  • Canadian financial institution means (i) an association governed by the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada) or a central cooperative credit society for which an order has been made under section 473(1) of that Act, or (ii) a bank, loan corporation, trust company, trust corporation, insurance company, treasury branch, credit union, caisse populaire, financial services cooperative, or league that, in each case, is authorized by an enactment of Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada to carry on business in Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada;
