Domestic Assets definition

Domestic Assets means plants, property and equipment of a Domestic Subsidiary.
Domestic Assets means the assets of the Company and any Domestic Subsidiary, wherever located, and the assets of any Foreign Subsidiary located or domiciled in any jurisdiction within the United States.
Domestic Assets means the Assets other than the Foreign Assets. “Domestic Closing” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

More Definitions of Domestic Assets

Domestic Assets means any Acquired Assets owned by a Domestic Seller which are not subject to a foreign Governmental Authority and concerning which no Consent of a foreign Governmental Authority is required pursuant to this Agreement.
Domestic Assets means all cash, marketable securities, net accounts receivable, and net property, plant and equipment of the Borrower and its Domestic Subsidiaries, other than any such asset that is (i) subject to a Lien (other than any Lien for taxes not yet due or any Lien permitted under Section 7.01(a), (c) or (f)) or (ii) located outside of the United States.
