Domestic Agent definition

Domestic Agent means the person appointed by the Manufacturer to act as its agent in the province in accordance with a Letter of Authorization which has been given to the BCLDB;

Domestic Agent means the “Agent” pursuant to the Domestic Credit Agreement, as such term is defined therein.

Domestic Agent means Xxxxx Fargo, acting in the manner and to the extent described in Article X, and any successor domestic agent appointed pursuant to Article X hereof.

• Cancellation of this Authorisation This Authorisation naming our Domestic Agent will remain in effect until cancelled by us by notice in writing to the BCLDB, which notice must be accepted by the BCLDB.

More Definitions of Domestic Agent

Domestic Agent means Wachovia, acting in the manner and to the extent described in Article X, and any successor domestic agent appointed pursuant to Article X hereof.

Domestic Agent means STBA, acting in the manner and to the extent described in Article XI, and any successor domestic agent appointed pursuant to Article XI hereof.

Domestic Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder, as well as its successors and assigns in such capacity pursuant to Section 10.6.
