Domestic Agent definition

Domestic Agent means the person appointed by the Manufacturer to act as its agent in the province in accordance with a Letter of Authorization which has been given to the BCLDB;

More Definitions of Domestic Agent

Domestic Agent means the “Agent” pursuant to the Domestic Credit Agreement, as such term is defined therein.
